Executive Biography

Les Kutas Managing Director - Finance and CFO Mr. Kutas is currently responsible for Dexia's treasury and finance functions, as well as information technology. Prior to the founding of Dexia Real Estate Capital Markets, Mr. Kutas consulted with BACOB Bank in Belgium, helping to build their financial infrastructure required for mortgage securitization. Mr. Kutas has also been a partner in a specialty-consulting firm offering services to commodity funds and was responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm and of the design, development, and testing of the firm's tax-related software products. Mr. Kutas received both a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago. He was a Leon Carroll Marshall Scholar and won the Accounting Research Prize. Mr. Kutas is a certified public accountant.
