Executive Biography

Steve Enfield Managing Director - Credit and Structured Finance Mr. Enfield manages our underwriting, structuring and closings. Prior to joining Dexia in 2004, Mr. Enfield was the CFO of a commercial real estate development company.  His previous employers include Goldman Sachs and CFSB, where he helped to develop several mortgage loan conduits, led large loan financing teams, managed CMBS and federal agency transactions and guided the development of pricing and structuring tools.  He began his career in the MBS capital markets area at Fannie Mae.  Mr. Enfield received a B.A. in Math and Economics from Whitman College, an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago, and an M.S.C. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
